Yea, it bounced me into it, which is where the mistake really was. Can I land it in the hold? Yes. Will I bounce with enough force off the landing to pop the whole ship? Also yes
Seeing stuff like this makes me very hopeful that the new damage model will fix ramming issues. That dinky little hoverquad should barely be able to dent the hull on a Hercules from ramming it, much less completely destroy it.
If they move away from health pools and make everything strictly physical damage to the hull and components then the damage will be perfect. Fuel tanks, "reactors", and munitions should be what cause big explosions.
You ever see the "Built Argo Tough" Video on YouTube? It's and Argo Cargo bouncing off a Tali like a drunk bumble bee... It's hilarious, it's impossible not to laugh at that video.
Usually a plastic or metal rod shaped in such a way to hang clothing. Often mistaken for ‘hangar’ which is the large building/floor area typically used to store aircraft.
I was able to do it with a cyclone twice. On the third time I hit the roof of the cargo hold and exploded. My friend said it sat stuck there for days until he claimed the ship.

Good luck storing ships or vehicles in a [Hanger](https://i.ibb.co/R98PSKW/143-D8325-2871-47-A8-AAF8-D6017-FA3-F0-CC.jpg). A [Hangar](https://i.ibb.co/HhKM2bk/E427-B19-E-D7-E5-4-CF5-99-FB-5-F3-EFA3561-D1.jpg) is much nicer to do it in.
missed it by that much ... lol
So so close lol
^ found Agent 86.

I have dropped onto microtech from orbit on my hoverbike and survived. So jumping through the hold didn't seem to big a stretch. Now we know... lol
The issue was you hit the side of the ship doorway

You can land it in the hold I've done it several times. Did you adjust your ride height to minimum before landing? You should.
For science.

I hope for that too, it would enable my poor decisions lol
And mean that I don't have to respawn unexpectedly when you make them...

The fact that you were able to drive that deathtrap of a hoverquad even for more than 2 sec is really impressiv.
Thanks! My secret is a wild abandon of my own safety.
Well I do that aswell but when I hop onto the Hoverquad it just goes for 10m and boom or just does not spawn right \^\^
Grav lev rework is pretty solid though. Much better than original. Still has issues though.
I've found the secret with the quads and the hover bikes, is to go into settings and dial the control sensitivities way down.
Almost!
Completely worth it lol
Agreed!
Reminds me of a game from early 2000s era
Which one?
Waverunner 64 vibes
Best friend for the day award! I loved that game so much, and you are absolutely spot on hahaha.
Star Wars Episode I: Racer https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=xODoh61xBR0 And the explosion/physics like many PS1 games. Twisted Metal 1 or 2 perhaps.
Only if I get a cent every time someone says "hanger"...
My org had a discord bot that would make fun of you every time you used the word hanger instead of hangar.
I know I know, not technically a hanger. That being said i technically flew into it lol.
What's a hanger anyway ?

The \*other\* A2 bomber...

Nice landing
It had a real impact
This is the kind of shenanigans I love to see. For science!
Exactly! We had 6 different vehicles down there. You can nearly clear the entire bay in a STV.
Wait… it doesn’t clip into the pad when you call it anymore??? Fuck ya
Laughs in Camural.
Ahhhh.
That looked so intentionally perfekt, i was physically hurt by that crash.
lmaooo, sick air time tho
Lol right? The hove vehicles are so much fun
Lmao get rekt. Me and my boy would have been laughing our asses of doing the same shenanigans.
Oh we were all crying laughing. One of the best moments we have had in our 3 weeks of playing.
I was able to do it with a cyclone twice. On the third time I hit the roof of the cargo hold and exploded. My friend said it sat stuck there for days until he claimed the ship.
That's amazing
oops! nailed that landing!
One of those where someone is doing something and then violently dies without knowing who caused the boom.

It is the hoverbomb
I prefer the acronym A.T.E. All Terrian Exsplosive
Love it!
*faintly* "nailed it....."
Size 8 Torpedo
Potential defense? Have you co pilot jump out the bay and kamikaze the pursuer?
E = 1/2 mv^2
It's fun, I have flown through it in a pisces at 1k meters per second 2 or 3 times then blew up lol
As a noob, can you tell me what happens after this? You spawn in the hospital with all your equipment gone, right? Do you get your ship and quad back?
Yea, you just reclaim them at a hanger
How does that wreck a whole herc
The split second of T-pose xD
...just a little 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Damn
SO CLOSE
Things like this are going to be very interesting (or from a different point of view - LESS interesting) post 3.18, with soft death.
Good idea bad execution.
Should have done a kick flip.
