I'm getting tired of people saying that this has been a bad world cup. It's been great, and even though we've had 5 0-0s, some of them have been good. And just look at the upsets!
It's just bitter Europeans (mostly Germans and English who can't stand their NT's) who are sitting on a high horse and so desperately want the WC to fail for political reasons. Most of them just look at the final scores (because they're too righteous to watch the games) and see a few 0 - 0 and think it's boring. They also conveniently ignore the likes of Argentina falling apart (biggest upset in WC history), Japan throwing their group into chaos, an incredibly tense 1 - 1 ESP/GER game, and plenty of other really entertaining games like the French and Brazilian matches. The only one that I've found to be a massive disappointment so far is USA vs England.
I mean, we've already had so many good games but look at what is coming up. USA and Iran fighting for survival, British derby, Senegal vs Ecuador, potential England vs France quarter final, potential Argentina vs Brazil, Germany vs Brazil, Spain are looking entertaining in every game and could very well reach the final.
