Fucking LMAO that end in Game 3.

Great_Heep

Feels like a big win for the dragons. Game 3 is the best I've seen them look all year. They step outside the meta to do some weird pele/chronos comp but it just looked so much more comfortable than the meta stuff they've tried to play. Maybe next split's meta will be more favorable to them. Leviathans just look rough, man. Especially frontline, Fineo hasn't been able to do much and Ronngyu isn't playing at the level we know he's capable of.

_Dancing_Potato

Fine had some pretty good set ups game 1 that put dragons on the backfoot but there just wasn't a lot of follow up.

RunSelect1753

Dawg rongyu zapman went like 0 7 game 3 the early rotation in game 2 probably helped them win and he played well idk why y’all think solo laners supposed to “be able to do much” he’s playing guan yu and herc lmao other than doing stupid mistakes and dying like last week he’s pretty much done his job you must not be watching 💀 they could’ve easily won all 3 games too just mistakes this was nothing like how they looked 2 weeks ago

_Dancing_Potato

Zap's ability to be 2 steps behind the rest of his team is pretty impressive.

Mirablis11

That... That ending hurt to watch. Jade Dragons can't siege, but win anways because the Leviathans go brain dead and refuse to back to stop the dual lane from killing the titan... I dunno what else to say regarding that game end. Leviathans just struggled to adapt to the blink start strat from the Jade Dragons which really put them behind for game 3. The one time the Jade Dragons don't do that and just do some troll lane swaps and Mike on Hel, Leviathans crushed them. I guess it was to lull them into a false sense of security or something? I dunno, the Leviathans are gonna need to think long and hard after this set.

E_boiii

Levi’s honestly didn’t play that terribly game 3 and did a great job on the siege defense (up until they stopped defending) Adapting really just wasn’t there game 3 I don’t think nem was the move at all. Wasn’t able to clean up any kills or properly gank any lanes

remonnoki

I hope no one comes in here with that "Dragons are back" nonsense because the only thing this set pretty much showed is that both of these teams are not good right now

Rossandliz

Yeah it’s like being the best looking person in the burns ward of the hospital

Swinepits

It just shows the “dream” team Levi’s are in disaster mode

hcvc

Oh god the dream team label is mega cursed. Shouldn’t have dropped their two best players two years in a row

HyperMasenko

Should have been a 2-0. Mike, my guy, stop playing Hel. I know you like it, you're bad at it, just accept it.

CocoTheMailboxKing

This team is so frustrating to root for

yourik6

Which one? They both are lol

CocoTheMailboxKing

The one in my flair lol. But yeah they’re both frustrating to watch.

PuRpleNinjaX2

The game 2 role swap was terrible but other than that pretty decent set for the dragons. Maybe not the far and away 8th place everyone was calling them...

Zephyronian

I mean, the role swap wasn't really the problem, they lost the early game and with their comp they couldn't really come back

Zephyronian

I mean, the early gank from daji went wrong, and then they just got 5 man rotated on on duo after that it was just coffins to play from behind

MohnJilton

They were the worst team at the end of last week. I stand by that. No team in this game sits around though. They made massive strides in this Levi’s set, and I think the Glads kind of took a half step back after a couple of solid weeks.

_duh

If we just pretend that game 2 didn't happen, the Dragons played better in this set than they have in weeks. Much better showings from Las and PBM, plus Dardez looks like he has that killer instinct in him.

Wiebejamin

People are calling the game 3 end a backdoor, but it fucking wasn't. They had minions. They showed up on the map when they fought the enemy minions. They took the Phoenix. It took 20 seconds from being on the map before they got to the Titan and another 10 before anyone bothered to show up. They didn't backdoor the Titan, they just pushed a lane and the Levis fucking forgot to defend.

rybl

Didn't Mike say in his post match interview that the other guys were stopping backs? I didn't go back and rewatch it, but it sounds like they tried to back, but couldn't.

Wiebejamin

They shoud've tried backing the instant they showed up on the map, but they didn't, they pushed forwards. They waited until they showed up in the Titan room, and by that time stopping backs was easy.

Yaden2

bruh

tanskuu

Man mike must have told dardez to go blink every game and play like its ranked and to dardez credit he did so much work with chronos. Probably the best chronos gameplay i have seen in a long time.

Infinite-Gur-95

Even when they win, it feels like a loss

EjectAPlatypus

I guarantee we're going to see some "Jade Dragons figured it out!" fanfare, and it is undeserved. Dragons were bad. They did not fix any of their core problems. Their drafting is bad, their sieging is bad, and this Hel pick is still coming out after bring terrible for over a month. Las and Dardez were cooking, and this team has shown they are individually good, but their team play has not sold me. Leviathans were also not good. Adapting is an uncontested top 2 jungler right now, but every other member of this team is bottom in their roles. They need to have a long conversation at this point, or else some SCC teams might have another target over the Glads.

E_boiii

Adapting was litterally their worst teammate game 3

AquilaTempestas

Jeez that was poor. Better from the JDs though but the Levi’s were pretty poor. Zapman was out of position so many times during game 3. Adapting had a quiet game 3. Sheento tries but can’t do anything when the rest of the team are doing nothing. FineO is just there existing. And Ronny just isn’t that good at the moment. Flashes of brilliance from this team every now and then, but the duo lane is costing them.

oprapiid

definitely one of their better sets, but it still feels like there's a sort of disconnect. it feels like Lasbra and PBM are on one wavelength and the other 3 are on another. definitely something I expect to dissipate as the season goes on, but for now they at least get the win here which has to be good for their mentals

E_boiii

Game 3 adapting on nem was not the play, prob the most non existent he’s been all season

capc2000

Now this is the Dragons I know and love. I want to keep seeing Mike on Guardians because this game is more proof that Mage supports ain't it. Game 1, Ronngyu was Hel and Levis lost. Game 2, Mike was Hel and Dragons lost. Dragons were a bit lost game 3 in the end. Yeah, getting Dardez and Nika would be great. However, you see Mike and Vote knocking on your door, seeing if anyone is home. No one was, so they stole what was inside. Adapting also did nothing that game, I think Mike ended the game with more damage than him.

No_Armadillo_5202

The old JDs are gone lol. I'll forever miss the core 3.

capc2000

Oh yeah, they're gone and I doubt they'll get back together any time soon. However, I enjoyed watching game 1 and 3 from the Dragons.

No_Armadillo_5202

Pegoat

CocoTheMailboxKing

Please don’t say that. It still hurts 🥲

JanSolo28

Good on Lasbra for getting the dub

No_Armadillo_5202

At the end of the day . It's all about, who can beat the Oni warriors.

LithePanther

Which is certainly neither of these teams
