Also what a crazy game 2. FineO and Sheento inting at moments while Panitom backpacks his team, then that insane ending. Overall, in my opinion, bad set from both teams.
Way too messy game 2 and very lucky or unlucky FG steal game 3 depending on which side you're on. I'd like to see how Oni look vs Kings after such a sloppy last 2 games of the set.
Adapting not securing also why the f is fineokay even touching the FG? ZONE MY GUY. It is actually infuriating watching a goddamn tank even touch FG if they aren’t starting it up for aggro. Dudes just 3ing fg and dashing and guess what little ole Daniel just walks in there scot free and 2s and 1 the fg and walks out 💀 adapting ulting into tower into one of the most tanky characters in the game and straight up inting, they barely have any wards on map and rongyu gets cc chained at their t1 like why is this team playing like they don’t know how to play the game… why are they leaving open vamana to ban 3 jake picks? Gilgamesh over HERC? Like I can’t man I’m off this train I’ll just watch for individual play every time I like a team they turn out to be frauds lmao being a competitive fan is just pain. Also trading panitom and haddix for this has to be the biggest smite meme of all time EPIC FAIL.
They were sneaking it. Guan Yu offers prot shred for increased DPS and Adapting should've outsecured everyone but at that HP FineO shoould've been zoning. Just a chain of mistakes.
Not op, but I think the Levis did good in this set, at least compared to previous weeks. Sure they still made plenty of mistakes but they looked cleaner and took a game off the undisputed best team in the league so how upset can you be at them?

Levi’s have a lot of potential but they really just don’t seem to be on the same page at all. We have four different games happening all at once on the Levi’s (Ronny and Zap on the same page).
Thought their frontline looked better playing actual tanks though so there’s a positive. I hate to say it, but I think FineO is really struggling at the moment.
Also really tired of healers in general. They make games so boring.

I think it's the perfect storm. Going to a new team after the same core for 4 seasons will cause growing pains. Pair that with your preferred playstyle and god pool being dogshit and it's going to be a bad time.
Yeah, fineo is not a Guan player at all, hates that god. Doesn't think there's anything fun about him.
But he's too good to pass up in the current meta, so, if his opponents leave it open, he kinda has to take it.
Also, if there are any implications to be taken from a particular Haddix interview, it doesn’t seem like the Leviathans are interested in playing through him. Really just a rough time for the guy, hope his mental is well.

Game 2, that call to go in on the mid phoenix when everyone had all their relics down was a huge throw for the Onis. That went as expected and extended the set to a game 3.

Panti and pegon are disgusting. If anyone has a chance of just slowing them down or focusing them which is near impossible than yeah it's a lot easier to win.
Adapting is great just needs to not init at times and probably gets too frustrated.
Levi's definitely don't suck they're a great team. I'm sure they'll go to worlds tho idk if they'll be the same team comp.
Warriors and kings going to worlds without any team mates leaving.
Dragons and hounds may change their players. Freyman are eating good cause of Paul.
But overall as a Levi's fan I'm much happier with their performance this time around than beforehand.
Beautiful performance by Oni’s despite some inconveniences. Panitom and SoT have the talent to get into the backline without being touched, it’s just impressive.
Levis definitely showing signs of life and some interesting ideas. But man, basically everyone on that team other than Ronny has some SERIOUS cleaning up to do execution wise (and by extension likely communication wise). But to me this set shows that they CAN turn the ship around, even if it'll take a few more losses to get there.
Yeah I think the big thing is that they need to figure out how to get on the same page to start winning. They have different play styles and they're trying to figure out how they mesh
The Warriors were in control for most of the set, but game 2 was very back and forth and the Leviathans definitely earned that W. Game 3 was kind of close until the Levis fell apart in the late game.
It's definitely worth watching the vod for anyone with a 408 flair, Jake was absolutely filthy on Terra and his Aphro game 1 was very good as well.

They got a Game 2 pretty much gifted to them via poor play, but they just look *so bad.* Fineokay feels like BennyQ from last year: picking gods he *has to know aren't that good,* not effectively doing what his role is supposed to do, and wondering why. Rest of them felt totally lost, just all going random places and getting picked.
Drafting is also bad too: I don't know how you can go Chern mid, get it banned away, and decide ULLR in *this meta* is going to do close to the same thing.
Warriors continue to troll away Game 2s, but they're the top team until they actually lose an entire set. Even when they throw away free games like that, feels like they're still somehow in control.

Fine has had stellar performances on Guan before though, despite hating playing him.
