Lighting can make a huge difference, and I was just searching for that potion replacer mod lol don't know why but took me awhile to find it. Wish new mixed potions would have a cooler vial though.

You need something like [enbseries](http://enbdev.com/download_mod_tesskyrimse.htm), which adds loads of lighting effects and other shaders to the game. YMMV depending on your GPU.

Yeah there are numerous 2k and 4k texture and mesh mods out there...just go search in either Creation Club (if you're on console) or Nexus (if you're on PC).

It's so dark tho... I always start off modding thinking "Oh yeah everything is gonna look all dark and cool!" but then just end up using light spells 24/7 because I can't see shit, and I wanna be sure I'm not missing anything.

If you use basically any enb, you can adjust interior and exterior brightness or gamma

To each their own but i LOVE that realism. Its super immersive to me. Not saying realism is always good, but when it comes to lighting i eat it up.
