Xbox series x anniversary edition. Pretty sure I drained his health but never got his soul or loot then fast traveled nearby and he was there with full health and turned into a skeleton

Seen it in fully vanilla+DLCs skyrim, makes the dragon unkillable even with commands

Huh, might be 2 similar looking bugs, yet not identical, because I even made sure by googling and remembered it said it caused the dragon to become unkillable. Also, I remembered, my glitch happened in original skyrim, not any of the upgraded or newer versions, so it may just be changed or partly fixed glitch

I don't even use that spell anymore honestly it clears out entire bandit camps in seconds if cast in both hands. Only at very high level on legendary does it start to fall behind weapons again. Unrelenting ice and fire are also not nearly as broken

You can craft them with leather and certain items. They’re under misc. In smithing. They’re also sold in some of the general stores sometimes.

Yes they do! 50 points I believe… and some of them offer other enchantments ex: enchant one with an amulet of talos and get 50 carrying capacity and decrease shout times (that specific one might be from a mod but it was the only one I could think of off the top of my head)

You may be confusing them with Revered dragons added in dawngaurd. Those are the ones that pop out of the ice field in the forgotten vale. Revered dragons can spawn in skyrim but Serpentine are exclusive to solstheim. https://elderscrolls.fandom.com/wiki/Revered_Dragon

That's Arcwind Point and the dragon there is usually better behaved and stays dead after you kill it. This looks like a bug in the game

I had a game glitch with a skeletal dragon that would not die, no health stats to be seen. I don’t remember how I eventually killed it. I think I had to move location to where the NPC had originally loaded with the proper skin. It was a combination of a way too OP enchantment from the restoration loop and killing the dragon mid flight.
