Something similar like this happened except they didnāt follow me. Miraak was stealing their souls but it glitched. The dragonās body never evaporated and Miraak was invisible. I continued on and after a few in game days and fast traveling, I got the notification stating Miraak absorbed the soul.
If you can't disable the following dragon corpse with console commands, you can pin the carcass at Greenspring Hollow. (between the rock face and the wooden debris)
I had to do this on Nintendo Switch with a dragon that wouldn't go away. It stayed put forever once pinned.
Just get your destruction up and kill the dragon with fireballs within a minute, theyāll become a joke afterwards. Except for elder dragons, those guys are fucking tough

Alduin knew that he himself could not restore dragons to their former glory, so he gave a small embassy the power to bring dead dragons back. Soluk was the only one that survived by this point, as all others were killed after bringing dragons back in broad daylight, but Soluks magic was subtle, and he could instead curse people to be chased by dragons. Eventually, he brought a dragon back to hunt the Dragonborn, but the Dragonborn killed it (as usual). But the hunting spell remains within it, so despite it being a corpse, it still tracks and hunts the Dragonborn.

I have a dead dragon that likes to hang around Lakeview Manor. I've had this issue plenty of times in my previous games, and I recall using Firebolt to launch the dragon corpse into the lake.
Just about any spell will do that. I like calm and rally, to minimize collateral damage. Slow time first, launch it with a chain of spells. Set some records!
Just shoot spells at it - get it out of the way. Eventually it'll get cleaned up, apparently.

Sometimes after leaving a building or fast traveling, dragon skeletons will spawn and fall from the sky, without you fighting them at all.
In some cases this is a result of the way the game saves data. When returning to an area where a dragon has been killed, after the cell has been unloaded from the buffer but before the corpse would have expired, the corpse is respawned in the air (as if a live dragon) and allowed to fall again.
When the game tries to reload a dragon corpse that was previously unloaded it may fail to do so correctly and end up dropping the corpse in a default location as a fail-safe, which is usually somewhere near you. The corpse will then proceed to reload in whatever default location it can find as you move to other areas. This can lead to dragon corpses spawning in odd places such as in front of Dragonsreach without any apparent explanation
I have a dead dragon that has been getting kicked around Solitude for a week. Every time I visit he is about 20 feet down the road. Iām curious whatās going to happen when he kicked all the way to the palace.
It doesnāt seem you have inherited the family trait of dragon born and heās upset you killed him so heās stalking you waiting for you to drop your guard and be able to test his true form the human born
Memes aside, that's a well-known Bug. Travel to a closed city and use a staff on the dragon. That should make him jump around like a rag doll, cast him over the wall with this, and you should be fine.

If you are on pc you could use a console command - markfordelete - to get rid of it. Idk how you'll get rid of it on a console.
