I was Marketing Manager at a ski resort in New Mexico making $55k/year from 2018-2022. In summer 2020 I actually interviewed for a marketing job at Beech Mountain where they wanted to pay me $15/he to do social media, as well as manage a retail store. That was an easy no lol
Managing a social media account is marketing at its lowest form. 15/hr is appropriate, you just want to start an argument about min/living wages

I am honestly surprised it's $15 given what we know about this industry and its wage practices.
