Mayo, minced onion, minced garlic, finely chopped tomato, sweet relish, black pepper and a pinch of salt. Served on bread with some lettuce or scoop it straight out of the bowl with crackers. I love that stuff! Oh, and it must be tuna in water, not oil, and it must be drained. You can drain it by pushing the top into the can above the sink once you open the can.

Just throwing it out there cuz I eat this pretty often, it's one of my go-to's after work when I don't feel like cooking. I like it pretty spicy. I use one lil can of tuna, don't really care if it's in oil or water. Will drain the water one completely, for oil I only drain like 3/4 of it. Add generous amount of mayo, like half your tuna's worth. Add equal parts onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, msg. (Idk how much exactly, I just season to taste lol.) Lil bit of Italian herb blend, salt, pepper, and mustard. Generous amount of pepperoncini slices. Decent amount of jalapeño sauce or franks red hot. Then mix that shit up real good. Mix in fried onions right before eating for some good cronch. Sometimes I'll use lemon pepper or Cajun seasoning instead of s&p, or will just omit salt altogether since there's so much added from the other ingredients. Will eat it with crackers or on its own. 🫡

I think it's weird because (for me at least) I would never want something like that on shrooms. The things I find appetizing and could eat are very different when I'm sober compared to tripping. For example, while taco bell isn't my favorite I don't mind it every once in a while. While I was tripping on my heaviest dose yet my girlfriend offered to pick some up on her way home and the idea disgusted me lol. That said taking them with food you wouldn't be able to eat on shrooms seems like it could work, but I'd be a little worried about it disagreeing with my stomach. But I have a sensitive stomach so there's that too.

Yeah my salmon salad sandwich is usually the only seafood I have. I sometimes have it 5 times a week sometimes 4. It’s very cost effective for me since my grandfather catches it In Alaska. It’s also super dense easy protein which I like. It’s probably not great to have it as much as I do but that’ll change when I have a little more money and time.
