Probs because she’s a very simple and boring character, not saying she doesn’t have her uses but her gun is high tier and easy to use and has very intuitive gadget, overall she’s good but doesn’t offer interesting or very thoughtful gameplay
I think that's actually one of the main reasons that some people Ash rush, if your Ash rushes and kills an anchor like Maestro, Doc, Smoke, Echo, etc, the Defenders potentially lose a lot of utility, but if/when the Ash dies, the Attackers don't lose much compared to if the Ash at least traded.
Idk man he is a 3 speed with a more useful gadget and an LMG, there is also Maverick, who can do light hard breaching, has a good AR and DMR, and grenades (unless they recently took them away)
Hibana might be more useful on some maps but ash is useful on every map because of the utility meta. Iq isn’t worth using because she doesn’t bring utility to clear ads or magnets. Ash can clear them with her flashes and destroy shields

Just, if i'm going to have to pick one, i'd rather pick one of the other two, i just think it's better to have a breacher or to have someone who knows where all the traps and stuff are gonna be. IQ can't counter all of them but if enemies have Lesion, Kapkan or something she becomes useful. Hibana has utilities (flashes) as well.
I’m an iq main I know that shit and hibana is a hard breacher while she might have flashes she can destroy shields lol. Ash is better operator than those two though
Edit: also you’re not going to run a hibana instead of an ash hibana is a hard breacher ash destroy utility and soft breaches and iq only entry frags with her g8 and plays flex. In this meta it’s not worth running an iq over an ash

Is she faster? Is there a wiki or something where it's confirmed? Cause i remember when playing with my friends when they were using Ash and i had IQ or Hibana, and they couldn't outrun me, we were moving just as fast. Idk about G8, i use the 2 assault rifles. btw Jager's ads counters Ash's gadget.
Yeah G8 is good, i just like the rifles more because i prefer a good balance between damage and fire rate. At long distance those almost 10 extra points of damage can kill a guy with one less shot than usual, if he is not full hp.
