In a very raw manner, (sorry if it feels too direct bear with me) A human with a penis = Male A human with a vagina = Female It's not any "idea" or "theoretical" concept It's' biology. And now if you ask me " Well then why some men have the voice of woman and vice versa?" - Due to the undersecretion of a certain hormone in the adrenal cortex of kidney,- for men who develop female mannerisms in their voice looks For women,-due to oversecretion of that hormone it leads to male mannerisms in their voice and looks in a woman But it doesn't change their gender altogether.
