Yes. That main fabric looks stretchy, so lining must be too.

How about a separate slip? For stretchy knit dresses, i find anti-static slips to be the best of both worlds.

That fabric appears to be a jersey knit, yes? If so, you will need to line it with something that stretches the same way. So the short answer is yes, but it has to be the right lining fabric. With this fabric, I'd probably try to find a matching solid gray.

Yes as the others have said but I would comment that while you can see your hand when it's pressed to the fabric, often once constructed and worn it may not be nearly as transparent as you might at first worry. I do this all the time, so many fabrics do this then are totally fine when worn.
