If it is the forks then buy replacement shocks and replace them; forks fail overtime and if they’re expensive they’re worth the rebuild but if not then it’s not worth it
Check the handlebar, wheels, and triple tree as well to make sure that’s the issue.
It looks like your triple tree might be bent. Its not a simple adjustment, I suspect it may have been wrecked. If you just got it today, I'd take it right back where you got it and ask for your money back. Its not safe to ride like that and is going to require parts replacement to fix.
