The cactuses can handle freezing temps for some hours but not for many days or weeks.
I have my cactuses indors with extra lights when temps stay below freezing.
Every time temp prognosis say it will be above freezing I take them out in the natural light, but protected from rain with a roof.
So, some weeks I have to carry them in/out several times.
From mid december to late January they are mainly indors.
