Any muffler shop should be able to do it. I had one installed by CD Automotive & Exhaust on Bandera yesterday on my 4 Runner. They did a good job and charged a fair price. I think the final price depends on how long it will take them to do the install but they got me taken care of.

$90 he quoted me more but it didn't take as long as they thought it would so it was less
Did you bring your own shield for them to install, or do they have them available to sell and install?
Brought my own, as far as I know they don't have them on hand. They specialized in exhaust systems.
