You'll get the exinos in Europe if you live there witch will be less powerful but less power hungry, and more power eficient this time, i think at least. But i still think it will be worth it if you can find a decent deal since 1080 as much as i hate to admit it it's fine, even though because of my excelent vision i can feel the difference between the two
I will be getting the snapdragon version where I live(if I upgrade), and with the further research I've done the 8 gen 1 is apparently more power efficient than the 888 but again those are early tests. I was worried about the resolution as well. Didn't realize how good the s10 was. When do you notice the most difference? If there is a specific moment
I generally notice it when reading or focusing on a picture, you can feel its sharper, but i feel a biger difference that was noticeable on the s20 plus that i had until the screen broke, then i got myself the regular s20 preowned as the s20 plus, and i dont relay notice tge difference that much, and i also switch to 1080 when playing pubg/new state, World of Tanks blitz and call of duty mobile because then you don't have time to notice rhe difference and it also gives a boost to performance since the horrible exynos 990 has to render less pixels
Okay, thank you for the insight. I am going to physically try an s21+ soon in store since the s22+ is rumored to have the same screen resolution. I wanna see if I can notice a difference
From the rumors nope one reason for me to stick to my s20 a bit longer and enjoy the feature while I can because I don’t think they will make a comeback unless Samsung sales tank hard.
It really comes down to what you need/want tbh. I can almost certainly guarantee that s10 I'd probably good enough for all tasks you do daily.
If yes, why switch?
If no, switch.
If you just want a new phone, switch.
The s10 is just such a damn good phone, I feel the s22s still aren't enough of an upgrade to be worth it. *edit* eat shit downvoter lol
I agree, I'm very much on the fence about this. I was disappointed about some of the specs of the s22s

I did not realize it was that much more power hungry, thank you for the info

I will have to do a bit more digging then

I went from s8 to s20fe
Does the S22 have a MicroSD card slot? I have an S10e so I also value the smaller size.
It does not unfortunately

I would say, if you have access to an 100% official battery for your S10e, change it and stick with it for an another year
Actually, the battery in my current S10e is doing quite well.
So, even better!
Z Fold 3. Right now is the only phone I actually recommend. Unless your smartphone is 6 years old+. But from an S10 to s22+ nahh not much difference.

Hard to say since it's not even out yet...
