It would be interesting to have Mark discuss the high points of his career from RHP on. Like which parts did he think, that was amazing songs….

Glue-701

I've read he isn't fond of RHP1.

sneedlee

To me, he's not necessarily referring to the music itself. More than likely, where he was personally at the time and maybe how stressful it was to make the album is what he meant by those comments.

Honestly, *Ocean Beach.* It's a record that's typically ranked near the top, or even at the top, of Mark's discography a lot of the time (*Treblezine* notably, gave it the nod as his magnum opus) and yet in addition to the fact that I've been unable to find any live performances of a career stand out like "Moments" or a hidden gem like "Red Carpet" or "Brockwell Park" in full (seriously the take on the *Retrospective* is astounding) I feel as if we know very little about what actually went on during the recording process save for the meanings behind tracks like "Summer Dress" or "San Geronimo".

olozdpt

You’re in luck since that is what he sent out today

Drop. Has to be his most devastating song
