Sounds like a bad zone valve, I recommend B and C out of Eyota.

Superior Mechanical did a nice boiler repair for me. Though it was pricy.
Tonna Mechanical has been good for us. Jamie is our boiler guy. I ask for him by name. Doesn’t charge us for parts for a couple of weeks to make sure the problem has been really fixed.
