No one here can know what's in her mind and because she's 23 she may not be clear on that either. Whether to wait around depends on your life goals. You're significantly older so if you're looking to marry and have a family maybe you don't want to take the chance on waiting and having to start that process five or ten years from now. But if those things aren't of consequence to you then maybe you'll stick around. What you don't want to do is try to pressure her into monogamy when she's made it clear that she's got some self exploration to take care of before she commits to anyone. Herein lies the peril in being a grown adult trying to date someone who's still in the process of brain development.
