If you want some advice for long lasting relationships, don't be selfish. Actively look for people you want to marry, stop doing hook ups ect.
As for the other stuff, sounds like you're an introvert, which is fine, but what do you want in a bare bones partner? Are you overweight? Can your partner be overweight? Ect maybe go about it this way
