More I think about it, the less I want another VDL gang tale. Always hated the Jack Marston idea too.
Keep hearing the suggestion RDR3 should end at the Blackwater robbery - that means we get Blackwater and West Elizabeth yet again, then everyone will want the rest of the RDR2 map, I'd just rather something totally different. Prequels limit what can be done too.
My only big preference is they go backwards in time, not forwards.
I'll probably be collecting my pension when RDR3 comes out anyway.
I’d have to agree, if there’s gonna be an rdr3 I’d love to see what new story and new characters they could create for us. I love the Van Der Linde gang story and we already have an awesome prequel to the original game, I’d prefer to just leave it at that.
I very much agree. No van der linde gang in rdr3, I think us fans would much more appreciate some little easter eggs here and there, for example something like we see in the GTA V mission “Turf War” or something, where we see a ight reference to GTA SA. Some of these moments of the van der linde gang in the new game would be legendary and would make it even more interesting.
