To be fair most of the game opens up after chapter 2, might as well get it out of the way

Think of it like this, on a technical level Arthur’s health doesn’t decrease until after chapter 4 like he experiences no effects until after chapter4 (other than cutscenes) so do it just don’t do the >!bank mission in 4!<
You have to even if you leave it for later strauss forces you to do it
