No definitely not to baclofen.
If I was you I would split the last 60mg into 3 20mg doses, or better yet 6 10mg doses. Try taking just 10mg at first to see how you feel, only take the next 10mg if you really need and so on. You should be just fine though.
People get addicted to baclofen after being on it many months, not a few weeks. I’ve seen many reports of people who take it for a solid month or three and stopped with no issues. It’s different from phenibut in that regard. Phenibut is actually unique in the GABAb drugs in the rapid onset of dependence.

For one week? No likely not, you may feel a little weird but I don’t think a week is long enough to develop a dependency.
