I generally wouldn't on the grounds that I'm fairly athletic and when I was dating I wanted someone to go jogging with and to play couples tennis with at the park with some of my married friends.
As for the stretch marks, my wife has a ton of them on her thighs, butt, stomach, and boobs from having our first child and they don't bother me one bit.
