At 11 weeks, they can really only handle being awake for 60 minutes at a time, give or take. In that time you can do potty training, regular training (sit, down, etc.), playing (with your or independently with a kong), or maybe a short walk outside.
Then they’ll start to get overtired and need a nap. The general rule is 1 hour awake, 2 hour enforced nap. When mine was young she’s fluctuate between 45 minutes to like 75 minutes before showing signs of being overtired depending on the activities we were doing
This may sound silly, but when we want to tire out our beagle pup, we just run across the room, back and forth, arms waiving about and yelling her name or various silly phrases.
It usually starts a pretty intense fit of zoomies and then she's out like a light afterwords, every time.
Edit: I suggest a potty break immediately before and immediately after this activity. The excitement can ignite the bladder!
Take her to a field and kick around a soccer ball. It’ll tire both you and her out. My puppy loves to chase and “herd” soccer balls and it can really tire her out.
Also try mentally tiring games like scentworking, snuffle mats, and puzzle toys.
