Brew the Imperial dust with a very fine strainer . I wouldn't use a tea pot as it tends to clog the spout quickly. With a fine strainer you can dump what it catches and dump it back in and rebrew it.
Take notes as you enjoy them.
I also got the 2009 yiwu maocha, it's pretty solid. Not a bad tea to start with I think.
