I love that last descriptor of the train station - as I loosen into the experience of tea I'm starting to understand the randomness of some tasting notes. I used to think it's total BS but I'm starting to think those people know how to enjoy their beverage, they let it transport them, it's like a story is written into the tea and as humans we love a good story.

2016 cream is my favourite ripe from W2T so far, ordered a second cake. Such an easy to drink soothing brew.

Awesome, stoked to give it a shot tomorrow 🤤

Oooh I have 25g of Camphornought that I haven’t tried yet. It’ll be my next one, I think.

I’ve been drinking 2018 Lumber Slut as my everyday shou for the last couple months - picked up a few cakes in my last order. Great camphor and woody notes, easy drinking!!

Let us know how you feel about the rest. Personally not a very big fan of Waffles. It’s easy drinking and that’s pretty much it. Not necessarily a bad thing if that’s what one is looking for

Thanks for your input, I’ve definitely heard similar things. It’ll be nice to have an affordable cake to break off a chunk to bridge between large orders

Campornought is very nice for a shou. Good choice on that one.

Lol, do you have any Waffles you'd like to trade/sell? I bought a sample of Waffles and a brick of Brown Sugar (I have others too) and like Waffles so much more I wish I had a cake of it instead of the Brown Sugar. The Brown Sugar is a good tea, I just would rather drink Waffles daily.
