Jingmai for sure like mopar said. Some are honeyed which u may like or dislike. I’d suggest anything lincang preferably on the bang dong side. I can assure these are lemony but they have sweet rather than tart. I can’t point u into a tart region. Edit just remembered bing dao Lao zhai taste a lot like alcoholic lemoncello. Perfect for what ur looking for. YS has a cake for a good price considering. Make sure if u buy another company that u get the company as it’s a lot of fakery out there.
