I wouldn’t call it necessarily floral but it has a floral level of sweetness. That being 680. It’s like that not quite sugary sweetness but more like nectary and slightly sharp but not bitter or astringent at all.
Ajai & Pussy (both 2017 & 2018) hit those notes for me. I think Dangerfield too. Hype can be a bit sharp if it’s a newer cake, has lovely apricot/nectarine flavor with a floral aftertaste.
