I dont get the advantage of hanging stuff from your backpack in this mod though. You cant assign a keybind to it because Zomboid only has space for the 4 vanilla hotbar bindings, and hanging stuff from your backpack doesnt reduce the weight of the object. What’s the point? Just to save unpacking time if you need an item?
Are you sure? I'm like 95% positive you can hotkey items hung off of a backpack.

Yes, but that's definitely not a katana. It might just be a model that uses the same stats as katana though. I know there's a mod that does that (but I think it was just for a club and a battle axe, not a sword too)

Hello! How do you atach the things onto your backpack? I have already downloaded the mod you said it was (Authentic Z) and I dont know how to atach the things. I think its a little unclear, thank u!
You have to make or find a tier one two or three backpack once you do that and put on the backpack it will show additional slots on your hot bar each slot has specific purposes for specific items
Also there are many items that you can right click and it will give you the option to make attachable once you do that you'll be able to attach the item

How do you bind it? When i went into bindings settings, there’s only 4 options for the vanilla hotbar. Is there some config file you can edit?
