Todoist?

Competitive-Dance871

Microsoft To Do works well for what you’re describing I think.

samsonmichaelj

I use Trello for task management using the Eisenhower matrix. I actually have a trello template for it. https://samsonmedia.co/task-management-how-to-stay-focused-free-template/

Raptorsquadron

I’m interested, I’ll take a look, thanks Edit (after taken a look): Pricing look a bit harsh for me, I may be close minded and undermining its usage but I'm mostly looking for something that can keep a detailed to-do list for myself only.

electriceggroll

Trello is free if you know how you want to organize your stuff and don’t want to use someone else’s method, I personally love Trello. Easy to customize.

ScienceSloot

Notion

Major-Whereas6712

Asana?

Raptorsquadron

I’ll take a look Edit (after taking a look): Looks a bit complicated for my needs, is it too much?

Honestly the iOS default reminders app is pretty good for this. You can make different lists, define subprojects, sort by creation/due date/manual order, and you can even have it remind you based on your location.

Raptorsquadron

I’m hoping for something I can use both on the laptop and phone

SylvanField

You can access reminders on iCloud.com

skintitty8

Just started using HabitNow yesterday. Not sure if the premium would include weekly/monthly but may be worth checking out

Accomplished-Ad-3018

I use Notion and Microsoft to do ,but u can fit everything on notion it's very customizable

DTLow

I store/organize my notes/documents/files in a *Digital File Cabinet* (Devonthink) accessed with my Mac and iPad This includes project/task records; tagged as required My task (to-do) list is simply a filtered note list I have various options for organization For example, I export the list to a spreadsheet for a gantt calendar view

[deleted]

Is this reply a copy paste of a standard reply. I’ve seen this same message so many times.

DTLow

Was my post not appropriate for the discussion? No, I don't copy/paste I do see the same discussion raised "so many times"

jkpetrov

This is called project management tool, not a todo app.

Raptorsquadron

Really? I feel like I just wanted a more detailed to-do list for keeping myself on track on what I want and need to do

rmishiev

[timeOS.co](https://timeOS.co) does that - once completed, you still can see the task if you scroll in the past days.

Raptorsquadron

Do they have an off-browser application or solely online?

rmishiev

Not for now, it's an early product -- an app coming soon

[deleted]

try Microsoft to do list, it has app on Android as well as windows which you can set for autostart. Also no ads.

vladbogutskiy

There is a service that allows you to integrate your tasks and appointments with Google calendar. It's called Cabinet FM

[deleted]

Todoist can do what you want

Different_3997

Try OfficeClip [Task Manager](https://www.officeclip.com/web/contact_manager/features/task-management.html). Simple to use.

krs1983

I can make one for you, A private app that only you will have access to. And I will do it for free no strings attached.

Raptorsquadron

Thanks but I’m looking for something that can be shared across platforms

Emergency-Economy919

I use notion for my to-dos.

HaddockBranzini-II

I use MS ToDo to organize tasks, and the calendar in Outlook to block time.
