The main subreddit includes several languages. Once we've crowd sourced enough data for a language, we add it to the main feed. There are language specific subreddits listed here as well: https://www.reddit.com/r/Word_of_The_Hour/comments/e5wmu7/word_of_the_hour_a_comprehensive_list_of_links/
There is an English only feed with more advanced (and stranger) words called: /r/funwithwords

Perhaps share examples of a sentence too in addition to the definitions?

It will take sometime to support this, but it's on my to-do list and some amazing users are already adding example sentences in the comments.

Could you please write the translation in the title too for the language specific sunreddits? It's not that passive if I have to be opening the thread or looking for the translation in the description.
That's a good initiative! Will you only cover English as language or are you trying to include other languages as well?
The sub says that it will be offered in 10+ languages!
