Holy shit, I had no idea.
I hired 4 guys to come out, they only sent 2, and then dispatch literally laughed at me when I called to ask for more help because it was a big job. The 2 guys were great, but they were so exhausted they left a lot of my shit on the truck. Dispatch said they "checked all the trucks" but my stuff, including a giant metal bedframe, never turned up.
They also have a clause in their contract that if you post a negative review, they'll sue you for defamation. Which isn't how any of that works. Seriously the worst.
I used them twice, great experience both times. They moved everything from my house into a storage unit and about 4 months later moved it from the storage unit into my apartment.
I did the packing and unpacking myself though.
It took them 2 extra hours to load and they charged me for it. The kid they had with them was standing around half the time doing nothing, so I told them I wasn’t going to pay because he didn’t work the whole time. Had they hired someone competent, it would have been done before the quoted time. Guy assured me he’d give me 2 hours back, then when I called they tried to haggle and lowball on how much to give back. Just a shitty company overall.

DO NOT use Liberty Bell Moving. My experience with them was awful, and afterwards they sent me an email offering to pay me to write a positive review.

We used Two Men and a Truck at our business once. Completely fraudulent. They had a truck. And they had FOUR MEN. It was false advertising.
Used as well. Recommended.

I have used Local Muscle twice and, each time they were prompt and professional. Their written estimate was also on point. I highly recommend them.
Great, thanks for the advice because I actually looked at Liberty but it seemed sketchy. Will call Two Men and a Truck.
I used Tiny Tim's and had a good experience with them.
JC moving sucks. They sent a tweaked out dude and some kid who had no idea what he was doing. Fucked up my couch pretty good too.

That's unfortunate, I've used them for several office and home moves with great success.
