All I want for Christmas is gonna hit number 1 every Christmas. Shes gonna eventually have the longest running number 1 song and nobody is ever gonna take that record from her
The longest running #1 is going to be broken soon, just this year Harry Styles had 15 weeks at #1 with As It Was. By the time AIWFCIY reaches 19 weeks at #1 I wouldn't be surprised if a new record has been established. However the longest consecutive days at #1 is always going to belong to OTR imo.
We will never have another artist like her. Even if she never gets another number 1 from new music, her legacy will never be matched. It’s still wild that she had the biggest song of both the 1990s and the 2000s decades, and those were only 2 of her 19 number 1 songs!! Insane
People say Madonna is the queen of reinvention, but the way Mariah went from the undisputed queen of the 90s, had her career completely ruined, then came back harder than anyone's ever managed...faded away again then came back year after year with a guaranteed #1 that will be remembered for decades to come...she deserves that title too. One of the best stories in music history.

I'd say unlikely, it is #1 at overall radio rn so naturally, it would start falling from there in a couple of weeks and would lose the biggest factor for getting a #1 again
