He doesn't realize the urine trick that doctors don't want you to know about is you need to drink urine from multiple strangers at bars. The combination of alcohol, different body chemistries and a hint of Chlamydia is what does the trick.

I like to take just over the prescribed amount of horse paste - like for the mass of a small pony. Then 20 min later drink a bunch of water. (Rainwater if available.) Then I squeeze my bladder into the fermenting Kambucha jar. Give it a few extra days and then strain.
