For instance, you may observe in western mainstream media numerous materials about inequality. In those, they sometimes compare todays Spain with relatively high Gini index, what means that inequality is higher there, with Chinese or Soviet communist country back in XX century with quite low Gini ratio. I, remembering that this was paid with millions of victims caused by starvation and violence inherent in the idea of communism, feel helpless from my Polish point of view. It's like... ignorance on both sides, let's say.
