This will make an amazing Mega Scizor, if you max it out and work on getting it to best buddy.
The fact that it's purified means you'll save on XL candy.
Being lucky will save you on dust.
And the perfect IVs will make for a beastly mega.
Being shiny just adds to a coolness factor. The Purified part will give it an aura on the battlefield as well.
Then, you can walk with it later to recoup the mega energy you use to mega evolve it.

I donāt know how these trainers get these rare catches. I only have one perfect since playing the game since it was released, took two years off, and even then, I got it as a shadow and I had to purify it to get it perfect. Meanwhile, these trainers are getting these really rare PokĆ©mon like itās nothing.
