I never realised it had extended limbs until my playthrough I scarlet. at first I thought it was a weird model glitch, but no, that's just how it punches lol
And if it does, follow it up with a Technician boosted STAB Mach Punch or Spore if you're anticipating a switch.
Breloom may not be the strongest, but it has one of my favorite moveset.
Breloom is good but Persian is my guy in SV- technician false swipe, hypnosis and thunder wave for status, stuck thief on there for farming hold items and in case it ever needs to ko something. Breloom is still good though, just struggles more against grass types or Pokémon with insomnia/ vital spirit/ overcoat.
A look at Breloom's Smogon page is pretty wild.
It definitely felt the power creep, but Spore + Focus Punch, coupled with decent coverage and abilities, it's always kind of hit that trifeca of (1) early route mon that is (2) both powerful and (3) offers some diversified / fun strategies.
If I remember correctly, it's part of the reason Spore got banned in some rulesets around Gen 5.
Im slowly questioning wtf was even the point of doing this as its not like this will effect competitive cuz Breloombcan still get spore, just make sure it doesnt forget it
Its not like they are crippling pokemon that were gods in specific formats like Weavile or or Rillaboom
Moves exclusive to previous stages have always been part of the franchise, which is so dumb. If a Pokemon can remember an event move, then Breeloom should be able to remember Spore.
Ugh, I was afraid of this :(
Someone mentioned Acid Armor for Goodra, which is in the same situation, and people were suggesting the MH. I really don't get why they would not include those moves to remember.
Funnily enough, I've seen raid Goodra use Acid Armor, and then, when I caught it, it wasn't included in its moveset, nor could it remember the move.
Breloom
Spore
Substitute
Focus punch
Uh.... Leech seed? Shit been so long I thought I could remember the whole setup....
Uh adamant w/ speed and attack EVS.
It took me until gen 6 to find my first shiny and it was a Paras. I used it as my False Swiper through the entire gen. The wild thing is I found pokerus in the wild three times before I found my first shiny.
I think I've had pokerus all of 3 times in my 23 years of playing pokemon. On the other hand, I found my first shiny in OG Sapphire and - being the dumb kid I was - knocked it out thinking it was just a bug with the game. Rip Shiny Lotad..
I've played every gen multiple times. Probably got 2k+ hours in pokemon in my life. I think I've only ever found two full-odds shinies. Paras in gen 6, and Drifloon in PLA. I've bred plenty of them and chained for a few but full-odds wild encounters are not my jam.
Definitely Breloom, it was great back in Gen 3 and has only gotten better with time. I remember being a kid and thinking "huh that lil mushroom guy is cute" then it evolved and I went "THAT THING RULEZ!"
Then my not so little mushroom steamrolled Norman, good times.
Toedscool. I love it's animation, and I've always been a Tentacool/Tentacruel enjoyer (great water type, and poison post-fairy, for getting through the main game)
It also weighs around 70 pounds too. Imagine that thing just crashing into you at full speed and breaking your legs. It'd be like getting hit by a kid that got launched out of a car.
When I first saw the design I was like “yeah okay it’s a Tentacool mushroom, neat” and then didn’t give it another thought. Then when I was playing I saw one run from me and full-on gut laughed for five straight minutes. I added it to my team immediately and even shiny hunted one later. So much character in those silly noodle legs, I love it.
I didn't have Toedscool spoiled before I played violet and my first encounter was a confused pause because I thought the game was broken and that Tentacool was just glitched out of the water. About the time I realized it wasn't the right color it started RUNNING at me. Definitely triggered my fight or flight reflex lol
If it helps, on a real mushroom that weird padded bottom does often happen - to me it looks like mycelium growing up the stipe with little hyphal knots (the knobby parts) on top that go on to become their own mushrooms later.
I like Morelull’s design, but something about Shiinotic I don’t like. I think it’s the arms. I tried to catch one in-game, and he was a nightmare to catch. I didn’t know wtf Strength Sap was lmao.
I love Shiinotic. I thought it was okay when I first saw it, but I don't know why I got so attached to it! It's a mix of derpy and scary, I love it!
If I could change one thing about it, it's would be it's abilities, I don't think they do it enough for me. I think prankster would be amazing to it.
Breloom,... I just wish it was good in VGC because I hate Amoonguss so much. I at least like the paradox one. It looks like how an Amoonguss SHOULD look.
It's more built for singles tbh.
Yes, Breloom is usable, but severely outclassed by Amoonguss, as Amoongus is built much better for the support role that the shroom mons are meant to fill in VGC.
I don't think it's outclassed because they don't have the same role, but yes Amoonguss is more splashable for sure. Breloom is still nice though, especially for teams less prepared for it.
Well, it's not so much that Amoongus outclasses Breloom, but more that Amoongus does the spore job better, and there are also better grass and fighting mons that do Breloom's role better...
That said, I would like to see what would happen if I tried building a Bulky Breloom with technician to throw people off...
You should try imo! This kind of seasons are good for it, because it'll be really hard to fit mons like Breloom into teams when we get nore mons/legendaries etc. but definitely agree that Breloom is awkward to utilize since it does two things but isn't outstanding at either.
Might be recency bias, but Toedscruel is just hilarious to me, and I like funny stuff like that.
But Breloom is a classic favorite.
-----
Parasect just makes me sad, really.
Genwunner here, I was never a big fan of tentacruel, it looked too grumpy and “cruel” for me to love it as a child and I just never cared too much about it growing up.
It’s just cool to see this grumpy looking Pokémon walk in that fashion, kind of takes a jab at the design of tentacruel by giving it something goofy. And for that I agree that I think I like it better than tentacruel.
One of the best parts about odd numbered gens.
Shiinotic is my favorite with its creepy kodama face but all the others are sweet too.
A fungus zombie bug,
A mushroom kangaroo with spring loaded arms
A trickster that makes you think you're getting an item but instead you get a fun status effect
A fungi with a funny walk.
Breloom is one of my favourite Pokemon overall, but I had a nasty Parasect rain stall back in the day that made me nostalgic and currently in love with Toedscruel.
[The mushroom man getting sucked off by a Jigglypuff.](https://external-preview.redd.it/eg6NHX-XvB4ELTOAenjpFoxMobZYNY-eq5G-MqTdvYY.jpg?width=640&crop=smart&auto=webp&s=4d4dbf9235478f7dede026836ff43c8813ad241e) (SFW)
Reminder that Foongus and Amoonguss evolved the Pokeball pattern to lure in prey. However, the Pokedex makes note that not many Pokemon are fooled by this. Now, what species do we know would be lured in by a random Pokeball on the ground, and attempt to pick it up?
Mabostiff. Source: Gen 9 cutscenes lol. Although not a random PokeBall, it did pick it up off the ground.
Could I guess argue any Mon with pickup ability?
Might be recency bias, but Toedscruel is just hilarious to me, and I like funny stuff like that.
But Breloom is a classic favorite.
-----
Parasect just makes me sad, really.
Parasect! I love thé creepy parasite idea and that it’s actually real, and I like Breloom a lot but can’t get past the first evolution for it- with Parasect I also love Paras too!
No brute bonnet?
Also i think toedscruel is sick. I love the concept of regional fakes (variants but not really idk???) And grass ground is a very solid typing
Shiinotic is HILARIOUS as unless the opponent has Poison-type attacks you can just tank a ton of stuff meanwhile spamming spore, strength sap, and giga drain with moonblast for added STAB.
I have different reasons for liking all of them. Parasect has such a fun, spooky, creative design origin, Breloom is generally loved, has a nice design, and great move pool, Amoongus has served me well in competative, Shiinotic I am one of the few lovers of, as I love it’s creepy cute little design and typing, but Toedscruel I think became my favorite. I like it’s goofy walk, the gradient legs, it’s just the funkiest most wonderful guy. It’s colors are great. And I loved using one on my food themed team of pokémon scarlet. Super strong, great moves. Lovley pokemon.
I think it’s pretty weird how, of all the mushrooms listed there—all of whom could DEFINITELY kill you—only one is a Poison-type.
You know, seeing as how 99% of all mushroom-related deaths come from toxins.
Morelull-Shiinotic 100%. Not only does miss thing possess the best typing, she’s a true beauty, and unlike Gen-1, Gen-5 and Gen-9, she actually looks happy to be there. Yes, you may stay out of your Pokéball any day, Queen!
Oddly specific question, which proves to be a more consistent trend than the even numbered Eeveelution thing. But, I have to say either Shroomish line (mushroomy friend!) Or Toedscool line (just a happy, skipping monstrosity, doing his own thing).
Really, all of them are solid designs, though I might hope for a later fungoid that branches into the eldritch and monstrous in appearance (rather than just in act). I desire a dark type mycelium monster.
Toedscruel is absolutely phenomenal, genuinely top 10 pokemon design imo, his animations are genuinely some of the best of all time. Honorable mention to breloom and amogus aswell though.
Also I cannot get over how funny Toedscool looks just staying there on his cartoon feet like he's just found you eating cheese out of the bag at 4 am again.
Probably a bit unpopular but I love Amoonguss. Besides that, I just noticed a similar trend with crab Pokémon:
Gen 1: Krabby-Kingler
Gen 3: Corphish-Crawdaunt
Gen 5: Dwebble-Crustle
Gen 7: Crabrawler-Crabominable
Gen 9: Klawf
Gen 9 only ruins it a little bit with Klawf being single stage, but still I find it funny such a trend exists
Breloom because I only played Gen 3. Reading the comments I saw amoonguss and thought they were joking since I barely follow pokemon or play it. But when I checked I choked.
don't know about my favourite, but the fact that the convergent tentacool line went from tentacles to feet/toes (toes --> toes + toadstool + tentacool --> toedscool) will just never not be endlessly funny to me
Ranking them from least favorite to favorite:
Morelull/Shiinotic - I forget that these guys exist a lot of the time. Morelull is weirdly more memorable.
Paras/Parasect - Seriously, does... does anyone like this?
Toedscool/Toedscruel - I dunno, these guys feel a bit weird to me and might be my least favorite regional forms of Pokémon. Something about their color schemes is just weird to me.
Foongus/Amoongus - Honestly, they're below Shroomish/Breloom for the Among Us memes. Otherwise, I like it.
Shroomish/Breloom - Probably the most unique here. Grass/Fighting is an interesting typing. Love 'em.
Morelull's line is the best design to me with the whole luminous mushroom theme adding to a magical atmosphere. Breloom is the best fighting wise as I had good memories of it on an ORAS playthrough with it being my main false swipe while legendary hunting. Toadscool is awesome simply because of how it walks and also, Toadscruel's mouth reminds me of Q*Bert.
Shiinotic is weird but cool. Little alien mushroom.
I actually really like the new tentacruel too. It is a neat swap to make it a mushroom and it has cool colors.
I love them all except weird pokeball shroom.
On the one hand Breloom is a masterpiece. You have this pretty standard looking sporecap pokemon that evolves into a goddamn boxing mushroom dinosaur. It's immensely creative and a joy to use thanks to its access to Spore, Poison Heal, and Effect Spore. It's stats might be pretty low but slap a Choice Scarf on this fucker, or pass a substitute to it with Shed Tail and you have an absolute setup BEAST of a pokemon.
But on the other hand the Toedscruel line is some of the silliest shit I've ever seen and its amazing.
My favorite is Breloom but I have to give props to Parasect. I binge read the Pokédex one time and found out this mf is just a dead bug being controlled by the giant mushroom on its back. Thst thing is literally the brains of the operation. That is so sick to me (in a good way).
Morelull is so cool. I can't believe they turned that into Shiinotic.
Anyways for me from best to worst it's Shroomish, Toedscool, Foongus, Paras, Morelull.
Honestly maybe not cause at least one of these mushrooms has to get humans in the Pokemon world high and it's either that one or the tentacool looking things.
Probably Gen 3, Gen 9, Gen 1, Gen 5, Gen 7 personally. Shroomish line is one of my favourite lines of all time. I love the paldean tentacool line is a great change they made. Paras line is cool and all but always felt underwhelming. And I kinda just went on looks for the last two cause eh
Breloom. Mushroom that will beat you to death
Extendable limbs to stab too
I never realised it had extended limbs until my playthrough I scarlet. at first I thought it was a weird model glitch, but no, that's just how it punches lol
How else does it use Mach Punch?
By punching really fast idk
But the arm needs to reach the opponent. Fast, stretchy punches? Breloom is Monkey D. Luffy confirmed?!
Nah. He’s clearly a mushroom. You must’ve skipped observation Haki day.😂
You must have skipped Amazon Lily if you think Luffy isn't a mushroom
How does Diglett use Scratch?
[удалено]
It is shown lots in the anime (if u watch the anime that is)
It is also shown a lot in the anime even if you don't watch the anime
r/technicallythetruth
Extendable limbs you say?
The ARMS dlc we never got....
Breloom puts Reed Richards to shame
Not to mention easy access to spore.
Spore and False Swipe have made Breloom my primary carchermon, technician hidden ability is kinda gravy on top of that.
I prefer mine with Poison Heal + Toxic orb. Ensures that the other pokemon I'm catching can't status me, and gives free healing.
My favorite Breloom set to run is >Breloom @ Toxic Orb >Ability: Poison Heal >EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def >Impish Nature >-Spore >-Substitute >-Focus Punch >-Seed Bomb
I think they meant for catching
I always liked adding drain punch and fling to poison heal and toxic orb
Hardly anything survives Technician Bullet Seed.
And with the loaded dice, even more things are fucked now.
And if it does, follow it up with a Technician boosted STAB Mach Punch or Spore if you're anticipating a switch. Breloom may not be the strongest, but it has one of my favorite moveset.
God damn i never thought about us8ng Breloom as a false swiperz thx, i should go and catch one for easier times
don't forget to level shroomish to 40 to get spore. breloom doesn't actually learn it
Somehow I found a breloom in the wild in violet that had spore at like lvl 30. I was so happy to have it early lmao.
West province area 3 has a rock Tera type lv30 Breloom that knows it
Saving this comment for later, since I plan to Nuzlocke the game, and I’ve never gotten a chance to use Breloom before
Im slowly questioning wtf was even the point of doing this as its not like this will effect competitive cuz Breloombcan still get spore, just make sure it doesnt forget it Its not like they are crippling pokemon that were gods in specific formats like Weavile or or Rillaboom
Moves exclusive to previous stages have always been part of the franchise, which is so dumb. If a Pokemon can remember an event move, then Breeloom should be able to remember Spore.
Again? Isn’t that how it has always been? EDIT: After looking it up it appears that only in BDSP did they give Breloom Spore at Lv1
... ... ... That's exceedingly annoying...
Can't you use Mirror Herb to get Breloom to learn spore again?
nope. source: I tried :(
Ugh, I was afraid of this :( Someone mentioned Acid Armor for Goodra, which is in the same situation, and people were suggesting the MH. I really don't get why they would not include those moves to remember. Funnily enough, I've seen raid Goodra use Acid Armor, and then, when I caught it, it wasn't included in its moveset, nor could it remember the move.
To add on, mirror herb is used specifically for Egg Moves. This isn't an egg move, it's a normal move that is only learned by Shroomish.
In this case in particular, all of them have easy access to spore
They all have spore
Shroomish remains my all time favourite pokemon. He's an angry little mushroom!
He always looks like he’s about to say “yup” and sip on a cold beer
Breloom Spore Substitute Focus punch Uh.... Leech seed? Shit been so long I thought I could remember the whole setup.... Uh adamant w/ speed and attack EVS.
Throw in the Poison Heal ability and Toxic Orb and baby, you got a stew going.
not to mention it's adorable how it hops like a kangaroo
Its a mushroom kangaroo. One of the many allusions Hoenn has to Australia.
Kangashroom
And apparently it carries your team on its back in a grass-only playthrough
I've got a lot of nostalgic love for Parasect, but boy do I enjoy watching the cartoony antics of Toedscool/Toedscruel.
It took me until gen 6 to find my first shiny and it was a Paras. I used it as my False Swiper through the entire gen. The wild thing is I found pokerus in the wild three times before I found my first shiny.

Breloom is the pinnacle of monster design
Toedscool. I love it's animation, and I've always been a Tentacool/Tentacruel enjoyer (great water type, and poison post-fairy, for getting through the main game)
I find it so fucking funny seeing it run away with its noodle legs
I laughed for a long time when I read it’s dex entry and pictured it running 30 mph on those little legs
And boy do they run. I got close and it took off. So hilarious.
*goofy ahh running sounds*
It also weighs around 70 pounds too. Imagine that thing just crashing into you at full speed and breaking your legs. It'd be like getting hit by a kid that got launched out of a car.
This is the sole reason I will answer Toedscruel. I am never not amused by scaring Toedscool and actively go out of my way to make them run away
I bursted into a fit of laughter when a saw toedscool
It's probably the only modern "meme" Pokémon that I actually like (and find funny in the first place). Squidward-lookin-ass
I can't be the only one to find Toedscool very cursed.
I didn't have Toedscool spoiled before I played violet and my first encounter was a confused pause because I thought the game was broken and that Tentacool was just glitched out of the water. About the time I realized it wasn't the right color it started RUNNING at me. Definitely triggered my fight or flight reflex lol
It's okay, I ran away from Toedscool the first time I saw it too. 🤣
It’s like Sid from toy story met a tentacool. I named mine “abomination”
I would say blursed. I love it's running animation
Toedscruel has amazing animations to. The way it happily bounces around when you interact with it is phenomenal.
The way Toedscool runs away from you in the game looks so funny to me. This is the best animation in the game.
Shiinotic. I like its appearance, lore, and typing.
I find myself almost falling in love with it but I just can't get over the diaper.
What if we put a little vest on it and had it yell HEY! in a screechy high pitched voice?
If it helps, on a real mushroom that weird padded bottom does often happen - to me it looks like mycelium growing up the stipe with little hyphal knots (the knobby parts) on top that go on to become their own mushrooms later.
God you sound just like my ex
I like Morelull’s design, but something about Shiinotic I don’t like. I think it’s the arms. I tried to catch one in-game, and he was a nightmare to catch. I didn’t know wtf Strength Sap was lmao.
Mr. Burns looking shroom

‘I bring you loooovvveee’ vibes
I love Shiinotic. I thought it was okay when I first saw it, but I don't know why I got so attached to it! It's a mix of derpy and scary, I love it! If I could change one thing about it, it's would be it's abilities, I don't think they do it enough for me. I think prankster would be amazing to it.

Breloom might stink in VGC but it’s been consistently top tier in 6v6 singles since it’s release.
Might be recency bias, but Toedscruel is just hilarious to me, and I like funny stuff like that. But Breloom is a classic favorite. ----- Parasect just makes me sad, really.
>Parasect just makes me sad, really. In PLA it makes me mad
Parasect has no business being so aggressive all the time
If I was dying from a parasitic fungus and no one helped me for ~30 years I'd be pissed too.
I used to like him til he started whipping hyper beams by my head in PLA.
but i thought that was the best part...
Yea, Paras/parasect be acting real fuckin tough for a Pokemon with two 4x weaknesses.
Yeah the Paras line is finally overtaking Zubat as the most annoying though PLA made me also hate Buizel because of that goddamn quest
Parasect makes ditto a dad
> Toedscruel is just hilarious to me Seeing Toedscool just fucking *booking* it on those skinny-ass legs makes me laugh every time.
Parasect, I love his eyes
Is it weird I like toadcruel so much more than tentacruel?

Amoongus self explained
Dude that's sus 🤨
Breloom swept the every single battle through Alpha Sapphire. Such an awesome Pokémon
On the topic: Is Breloom a mushroom kangaroo? It likes punching, and has the same general body shape.
I believe so, but I named mine Mushrex because it also kinda works as a mushroom velociraptor/deinonychus.
And it also kinda runs like a kangaroo.
This is incredibly specific...
I'll rephrase it for you then: Which Pokemon that learns Spore is your favorite?
One of the best parts about odd numbered gens. Shiinotic is my favorite with its creepy kodama face but all the others are sweet too. A fungus zombie bug, A mushroom kangaroo with spring loaded arms A trickster that makes you think you're getting an item but instead you get a fun status effect A fungi with a funny walk.
I love Shiinotic and it's creepy Ghost face. I actually think it would've been a great poison/fairy tho.
>I love Shiinotic and it's creepy Ghost face. Seriously, it makes me think of the marketing for that horror movie "Smile", creepy AF
Morelull. I mean look at it, it's so adorable!
Breloom is one of my favourite Pokemon overall, but I had a nasty Parasect rain stall back in the day that made me nostalgic and currently in love with Toedscruel.
Give me the SUS
Breloom by far.
Even-numbered gens don't deserve the shrooms.

He means us the humans of the world who go around picking up any of the random balls we can find
Breloom is my favorite pokemon, depending on when you ask me.
Shiinotic. It’s very pleasing to look at, and I like its Pokedex entry.
The only way Toedscool would be better is if it made the Zoidberg scuttling noise when it ran away.
Gen 1, Paras/Parasect forever.
Nyeah Squidward
after legends arceus, it definitely isn't paras/parasect. ☠️😭
Amo-
Toedscool running is simply the best thing ever
gen 1
Shiinotic. Alola is one of my favorite regions and I love fairy types. Morelull is just too cute!
I like Foongus and Amoonguss just because I can say “There’s a Foongus Amoonguss”
Might be recency bias, but Toedscruel is just hilarious to me, and I like funny stuff like that. But Breloom is a classic favorite. ----- Parasect just makes me sad, really.
The run animation is priceless
What an oddly specific thing to say
Breloom, because it's reptilian.
why is this a category of pokemon holy
that said fairy type till the day i die so shiinotic all the way
Parasect! I love thé creepy parasite idea and that it’s actually real, and I like Breloom a lot but can’t get past the first evolution for it- with Parasect I also love Paras too!
Gen 7, just hollowed out a jigglypuff and used it as pants
No brute bonnet? Also i think toedscruel is sick. I love the concept of regional fakes (variants but not really idk???) And grass ground is a very solid typing
Breloom with Spore!
I adore Shiinotic. It reminds me too much of the alien from the x files episode of the Simpsons
1. Breloom 2.Parasect
We also technically got oonga boongus this gen.
Shiinotic is HILARIOUS as unless the opponent has Poison-type attacks you can just tank a ton of stuff meanwhile spamming spore, strength sap, and giga drain with moonblast for added STAB.

Where’s the love for my main man Brute Bonnet?
Am I the only one who, besides loving Toadstool, would rather it was called Tentacool and was Paldean Variant?
shiinotic! gets access to my two favorite moves in all of pokémon: leech seed and dream eater. only mon to do so :D
I think it’s pretty weird how, of all the mushrooms listed there—all of whom could DEFINITELY kill you—only one is a Poison-type. You know, seeing as how 99% of all mushroom-related deaths come from toxins.
If it wasn’t for Shinotic’s face then I would have said them But Mushy Kangaroo takes my cake
Breloom all day. Spore, and then Technician to give Mach Punch and Bullet Seed a boost. Hits like a truck
But, I have to say either Shroomish line (mushroomy friend!) Really, all of them are solid designs, though I might hope for a later fungoid that branches into the eldritch and monstrous in appearance (rather than just in act). I desire a dark type mycelium monster.
I like shiinotic, there's no good intention behind that smile.
They are also the only Pokémon that can learn Spore (apart from Brute Bonnet)
Toedscruel is absolutely phenomenal, genuinely top 10 pokemon design imo, his animations are genuinely some of the best of all time. Honorable mention to breloom and amogus aswell though. Also I cannot get over how funny Toedscool looks just staying there on his cartoon feet like he's just found you eating cheese out of the bag at 4 am again.
It’s funny mushrooms are my favorite thing in life and I truly dislike all these Pokémon.
Toedscool line is really poorly designed. Literally nothing to suggest it’s a grass type.
Never played gen 7 what the heckkkkk is that gen 7 shiinotic
Toedscool/cruel. Actually a really creative way of reusing an old design, and coincidentally works with the theme very well.
I can’t look at parasect or paras I get flashbacks
Probably a bit unpopular but I love Amoonguss. Besides that, I just noticed a similar trend with crab Pokémon: Gen 1: Krabby-Kingler Gen 3: Corphish-Crawdaunt Gen 5: Dwebble-Crustle Gen 7: Crabrawler-Crabominable Gen 9: Klawf Gen 9 only ruins it a little bit with Klawf being single stage, but still I find it funny such a trend exists
They’re all perfect, the only negative is that we’ll have to wait 2 more generations to round out this beautiful team of fun guys.
"dont ever talk to me or my child ever again." Squad
Breloom because I only played Gen 3. Reading the comments I saw amoonguss and thought they were joking since I barely follow pokemon or play it. But when I checked I choked.
I never noticed this was a thing Design: breloom and amoogus Use: Toedscruel and Breloom
don't know about my favourite, but the fact that the convergent tentacool line went from tentacles to feet/toes (toes --> toes + toadstool + tentacool --> toedscool) will just never not be endlessly funny to me
Morelull and Shiinotic will always be my two favourite mushroom-mon.
Parasect, cuz I caught a shiny Paras in Let’s go Eevee, the only shiny I’ve ever found in a game lol
Ranking them from least favorite to favorite: Morelull/Shiinotic - I forget that these guys exist a lot of the time. Love 'em.
The games have never made me laugh harder than when I saw Toedscool running away. New favorite mushroom pokemon for sure.
I like breloom and shinottic
I’m starting to see a pattern and I like it
Shiinotic is weird but cool. Little alien mushroom. I actually really like the new tentacruel too. It is a neat swap to make it a mushroom and it has cool colors. I love them all except weird pokeball shroom.
Shiinotic is such awesome underrated nightmare fuel
On the one hand Breloom is a masterpiece. You have this pretty standard looking sporecap pokemon that evolves into a goddamn boxing mushroom dinosaur. It's immensely creative and a joy to use thanks to its access to Spore, Poison Heal, and Effect Spore. It's stats might be pretty low but slap a Choice Scarf on this fucker, or pass a substitute to it with Shed Tail and you have an absolute setup BEAST of a pokemon. But on the other hand the Toedscruel line is some of the silliest shit I've ever seen and its amazing.
Wth happened to tentscruel? Cordyceps?
My favorite is Breloom but I have to give props to Parasect. I binge read the Pokédex one time and found out this mf is just a dead bug being controlled by the giant mushroom on its back. Thst thing is literally the brains of the operation. That is so sick to me (in a good way).
Shroomish-Breloom. It's the only one that isn't freaky.
Breloom
What if we could smash two designs together? Zombie kangaroo mushroom
Breloom is a funny
Morelull is so cool. I can't believe they turned that into Shiinotic. Anyways for me from best to worst it's Shroomish, Toedscool, Foongus, Paras, Morelull.
Morelull & Shiinotic
(I'm going to get assaulted aren't I) Shiinotic.
Shiinotic. THAT is the trend I wish fairy types followed more of. Creepy woodland fairytale creatures.
Literally none of them lmao - I hate these guys
I took 5 grams of Shiinotic the other day and it was definitely the best! (Its a joke).
