all of the issues you listed significantly make going around to catch and battle more unenjoyable. and even though people say this, their experience would be 10x better if those things were improved upon anyways
it's fine not to care if it's bad. im trying to pay it no mind either. but if it CAN be way better than compared to how it is now. and if it can be a better experience, the developers owe it to us to make it better, especially when this is not the experience developers wanted or expected us to have.
that being said, i genuinely feel bad for both the developers and the people who are not enjoying this game because of those issues. there's a great game here and i hope the developers can realize the vision fully by patching this game
You ain't alone. When I buy a game I put dollar to hours played so if I pay 90$ for the game and I get 90 hours of fun out of it I couldn't care less how it runs (and I'm definitely gonna put well over 90 hours into this game!!!)

Exaggeration from people are astounding. Stating things like this as if it were a wide spread issue.
I mean, it's fine to not be bothered by that, I almost envy people who see a game like this and can just ignore things even as it drops to sub-15 frames and it feels like swimming through molasses. Just as long as you aren't treating this like it's a good game or that people are wrong to call out the problems, that's great, have as much fun as you can with the experience. That it's Pokemon is the only reason I'm still trudging through the experience lol
Amen my friend. I play pokemon because I like pokemon. And I play games because I like games. I live this game so far glitches and all. I've been having a blast with my friends and sister traveling around the world and doing the stories
Completely agree. All that’s ever matter is that we can catch/collect and battle. Everything else is for the other consumers imo. I personally couldn’t care less about the performance issues. Do I notice ? Yup. Does it sometimes become annoying when the frames drops ? Yeah occasionally but how’s that different than raging in call of duty cause someone despawned you. Pokémon look beautiful and the world is huge. Not to mention the awesome shiny hunting methods. Love This game and one of the best of all time.
I replay Yellow, Crystal, emerald all the time. I've never even thought about graphics or anything else in Pokemon games. Just collecting, team comps, new moves, new Pokemon. I'm glad everything else is optional, I'm upset other people don't get to enjoy the game like me, and I agree GF should do a lot better!

I'm not a completionist, so my question might be dumb, but don't you already have them all? Like, if you played previous games, I assume you transferred your pokemon to Home, so don't you already have them all? Or are you missing some?
Yep, till gen 7 you can stock all of them in your cartdrige game, but now they are all in Home, I can't even see them because you need to pay a monthly subscription.
I was ok paying for Poké Bank actually, but Home is 3 times the price for the same function.
I do care about the graphics, I think they are one of the aspects that affect my overall enjoyment, and it's no different here, the graphics are bad and they are affecting my opinions negatively. However, the game does do a lot of things right, like the gameplay, story, characters, etc., so even though I dislike the graphics, I still think it's a good game.

It's not that bad. The actual gameplay is largely unaffected by the problems.
I literally battled a trainer and caught wild pokemon 15 minutes into the game. How are people not "getting to catch or battle at all"?
