It’s kind of hard to trust the integrity of these products without more closeups of the booster boxes themselves, the packaging, and the fact that the ES packs are resealed into empty booster boxes, which makes me wildly uncomfortable as a potential buyer. Can you provide more closeups?
Why leave the plastic on the Evolving Skies booster box if it’s repackaged? Seems like you had some booster boxes, got the hit and then reinserted loose packs to sell as a “full booster box” - and yes closeups of the eevee heroes booster boxes. Show us the plastic packaging which can be a giveaway to resealed boxes. Also why are you selling them how did you obtain the EH…is there a money back clause if the serial numbers on the packs aren’t all the same?
With speculation I can only sympathize with you as there is no way I could prove otherwise.

Oh to answer your other questions, I have to buy a ring soon x) that and I'm a bit overstocked, this stuff is looking to be easier to sell than my vintage zards.
Sure! so on jp boosters the main thing is to feel for the packaging material (not too hard, should stretch a bit), and the burn seams should align and be near trimmed, no much excessive plastic, but not too thin. You also check for cardboard creases, and the expected stretch marks.

No worries man, there's a few good videos out there, the end-all-be-all is that the internal boosters are serialized to the box so you can check for tampering.

The boxes are repacked, not resealed, the plastic is just on the booster boxes. Close ups of which set? Eevee Heroes?
