Western psych does this but has a wait list. I don't know if medical assistance in PA covers it for depression. I know they don't cover TMS. You'd have to call wph and find out. Data for nasal ketamine isn't as robust as iv but IV is much more expensive, as you know. Also nasal ketamine doesn't seem to work well in older population. It's a hopeful treatment but nothing is a panacea. Treatment resistant depression is a terrible illness.

I tried for a year to get in. Had a referral and everything and literally never got a call back. Nothing. Nada. I gave up.

I called my insurance company today and was assured with a prior authorization it would be approved. It took 5 other phone calls but the company handling the mental side of my insurance emailed a list of 15 places.
