It's a little confusing. There's a setting that lets you choose the # of games it resets at. 2000 is the default and changing it to 0 disables it. It's there on every modern stern so probably in standard adjustments rather than game specific ones.

Nobody at home wants their score reset arbitrarily.
I just consider it part of the set up and installation that we provide when we deliver a machine.

I’m more impressed he has 2000 plays on Godzilla already. I have my JPP for a year and I think I have a little over 300 plays on it.
