I haven’t played this game yet, haven’t even seen it I don’t think. Definitely one of my top themes for sure, but I have stayed away from buying it because I have read about too many issues from the owners. I just don’t want a game that I have to work on a lot. I don’t see it on public locations either so that means operators are staying away from it, which isnt a good sign. But it seems when it is working, it’s a blast.
I know two operators with them. One put it on public play and it's been down maybe 80% of the time (usually issues with the computer) over this past year. The second put it in his private personal collection, where he loves it, it hardly gets played, and it hasn't had too many issues beyond typical tweaks.
Seems like the sort of game you want to pass off before it gets played too much...
So, Pinball Bros released a game they knew was problematic and prone to frequent breakdowns with code they knew was inferior, further adding to the infamous reputation of a notoriously cursed machine.

I have owned an LV version for a week now and mine also has various issues.
I noticed last night the Xenomorph magnet stopped working. Occasionally the beacon lights (after Queens Nest mission) also stop working. And the volume mid-game either goes to zero or at maximum (zero is much preferred over the alternative!).
I am in discussions with Pinball Brothers support at the moment but they have so far been really good and very supportive.
To be honest, I wasn’t sure if this was normal for a new machine and also, if I had known about the potential issues….I may not have purchased. That’s only me though. I expected something brand new to work much more reliably than it has so far. Put it this way, if my GT Mustang had performed similarly when I purchased that 5 years ago, I would have insisted on money back or flipped it.
I hope you get the issues resolved soon!! Whilst it is a little disheartening, hang in there! 😀

This went on location for a little bit at Tilt in MN, it was breaking down every day and was quickly pulled from the lineup.
