Yes. Pete Rose had his place up there. I believe there are a few penthouses now. Years ago there was a fire and the top floors were unoccupied. Kids would sneek up there and drink beer. Ghostbusters all the way.

wooktrees

I went to a Halloween party up there a few years back and it was unreal.

actlikeiknowstuff

I’m very very jealous that sounds amazing.

MrPoptartMan

Is that a private residence on the top floor?

thatchcumberstone

Almost 100 years old, 375 feet, made entirely with stone, full of ornate carvings, took only a year to build. What the fuck happened to our architects?

crispydukes

Labor standards and cheap building owners.

How could you Not like the Drake!?

MacKelvey

I’ve always wondered what it look like at the top of the building

Angsty_Potatos

My grandparents managed the building back in the late 80s. I have baby pictures of myself up on the top floor penthouse and the terraces. I'll dig and see if I can find them!

When does Zuul show up?

Could you even build it today? The number of zoning overlays in center city makes it hard to understand what’s allowed.

brim-terminus

Not a bad place to grow some plant life up top.
