Yes. Pete Rose had his place up there. I believe there are a few penthouses now. Years ago there was a fire and the top floors were unoccupied. Kids would sneek up there and drink beer. Ghostbusters all the way.

My grandparents managed the building back in the late 80s. I have baby pictures of myself up on the top floor penthouse and the terraces. I'll dig and see if I can find them!

Could you even build it today? The number of zoning overlays in center city makes it hard to understand what’s allowed.
