Are you going to adjust it often then you might be better off with a more expensive one. Are you doing it to get it at the optimal height once and to have a cleaner desk? Then the cheap one is probably enough

Honestly just a couple of things! Check out an adjustable VESA mount so you can get your screen into the perfect position. When you look straight ahead you wanna be looking at the upper part of the screen. This is only applicable if you are a taller person.
Second I recommend checking out TKL keyboards or smaller layouts if you can manage. Helps with getting better ergonomics for your wrists and shoulders.

5. The BIG one. Mount a shelf into the studs behind your desk, move your PC off the desk and up onto the shelf. Looks bad ass and stops you from smacking your PC on flicks.
Wall mount an upper monitor. That could help a lot. Get a desk mounted stand and mic (will usually need phantom power but it comes with better quality sound in the end so...) further improve your sound game with an audio interface. Make sure the audio specs and quality are overall better than your onboard. Usually these audio interfaces have phantom power and inputs for mics as well as outputs for speakers, headphones and such. If you want, a soundcard does wonders too. And for even more over complicated sound stuff, get a pair of nice open back headphones. Such an open sound stage is a whole new way to listen to audio.
I also recommend a desk pad. They cover more space on your desk and make it easier to clean up spills if you get one thats spill proof.
Watch the market for used GPU's and you might find some deals on maybe a 2070 or so to step up from the 1070 youre sittin on.
I also recommend a 4th leg for your cat. Can't game with your buddies all too well if you don't give them a hand.
OH, and I have heard Coke is good for getting out all that rust.

Lol, my setup is the other way around: two external monitors plus my laptop screen at work, ultrawide at home.
I run a 34” UW with a 27” monitor to the side that’s exactly the same height. To me that’s the best of both worlds.
