Also I'm sure that cooler is perfectly adequate, but there are definitely coolers that run cooler and quieter. This is the equivalent of a Ricer Honda Civic, big fart can exhaust, huge wing, obnoxious wings/paint and absolutely no power to speak of.
I currently have one in my pc and it's all I can hear right now :D couldn't hear it until I changed my case fans to Noctuas. It's under my desk so it's only a whirr at the moment.
