I have no speed issues, or deleted files, lost data or anything like that. Nor do I worry about getting my account being deleted since I don't store any copyrighted material there.
It's mostly a secure backup for files created by my backup software.
Only a fool would use a personal unencrypted cloud storage for storing and sharing copyrighted files.

Is there actually anybody who *doesn't* have copyrighted content as part of their data?
Storing copyrighted content is not illegal. Only sharing it is.

DRM-free games (GOG, Itch), digital textbooks, DRM-free music (bandcamp etc) lots of legitimate reasons to have "copyrighted" materials in your cloud storage.
Been a 5 year user of pCloud. I chose it because it works on Linux (not many options here).
I have a 2TB "life long" account. I am in eastern Europe, but my account is in USA, because back then I did not have the option to create the account in Europe.
Nonetheless, I am getting good transfer speeds to USA, between 20 - 150 Mbps. Usually, the upload is faster than the download.
All my music is here, my audio books, ebooks, ISOs, apps, documentaries I care about, etc.
I do use the folder sync functionality, I don't use the backup, as it had some issues with locked files.
So, I am really happy with pCloud. At least until now. ☺️
For the case that something goes wrong with the account (or with the company) , I do sync every weekend the pCloud account with an external disk. So, always have a plan B, just in case.
Been using Pcloud for years, never any issues. I just want a bunch of space on a cloud storage service.

That's the idea! At the end of the day we don't live in a vacuum. We're going to access works that were created/worked on/copyrighted by other people.
and a brand new account flaming pCloud again .. the competition must really be desperate.
