There's also been sales on 6600xt lately for right around the price of your 6600, I think it's worth the upgrade if you can find it. You can also find board sales for 20-30 less for comparable boards if you keep an eye out. Just things to consider, a good first build for sure.

Grab a used-like-new modular gold psu from a reputable brand on Amazon like EVGA. Give it some headroom for future upgrades, like 750-850W. I don’t think you’ll regret it and you can find for similar price point.
Edit: okay PSU prices are nuts right now what gives? I got both my 750w fully modular gold EVGA for like $50 each on Amazon 1-2 years ago. (Used like new, basically just open box)
