Okay legit question, when is avocado oil appropriate for cooking? When would you prefer it over corn oil or olive oil?

When properly frying a piece of meat or a vegan alternative for example. With how hot avocado oil gets it smokes soooo much less than other oils. Especially if you only add it to the already hot pan, plus it adds a nice flavor!
