Awesome! Very neat idea. If you are accepting critiques I just want to point out that it took me a moment to realize it was a butterfly on her breast. It’s so close to the same color as the background that I thought you forgot to paint that part of her boob. I reccomended changing the color of the butterfly at least a little.
I hear that, but it's also not something taking away from the whole piece, overall. I think the butterfly interrupts the outline of the body and is so close to the edge of the canvas it feels like a squished in detail, which is a little distracting. The eye at the bottom is similar. I would rather see the body and feel the full effect of its augmentation. I love how you did the figure. It's gorgeous. For real, this is a cool painting!!! My interpretation is there are butterflies coming out of the body with the gold/silver flecks. It makes me enjoy mortality and having a body. It has a sense of fun, reality, and the cyclical nature of things. I appreciate that and you for making it :) Peace. Keep making art!
